"I feel truly honoured to have been chosen as ‘Home baker of the Year 2007’. I am proud of my ‘tipsy blackberry & apple cupcakes’ and hope people will bake my recipe at home. The other cakes in the final were absolutely delicious and the judges must have had a difficult task in choosing the winner. I am so pleased with the other fantastic prizes too (Jane Asher bake ware & textiles) as they will be perfect for my ‘home cooking venture’ which I will be launching in April next year.
